Choose manual sharing when you want to send each DeCA yourself; choose the API when you need DECA ERP to request sends directly and record their outcome.
In DECA ERP, select “Send link (WhatsApp)”: WhatsApp Web or the app opens so you can choose the recipient and confirm the send. On a phone you can also share the PDF and choose WhatsApp from the system menu. This uses your regular WhatsApp, without a Business API connection or automated templates; DECA ERP does not bill for these messages. Access to DECA ERP is required.
SIGN IN AND SHAREDECA ERP connects to a WhatsApp Business account to request a send to the driver using an approved template, with the DeCA link and, depending on the template, its QR code. The app records the request and errors. Automation and follow-up can be extended as your needs evolve.
ASK ABOUT API INTEGRATIONThe difference: manual sharing opens WhatsApp so you send the message yourself; the API requests it directly from DECA ERP. The integration and message costs described below apply only to the API option.
The driver receives a message with access to the DECA. You manage the send from your usual workflow.
Manual sharing carries no integration fee. The figures below concern direct API integration only and depend on your requirements, volume and selected option.
